In recent years, in accordance with the general plan of the municipal party committee on strengthening party building, the party building and research conference of Shanghai Municipality, under the direct guidance of the organizing department of the municipal party committee, has carried forward the style of combining theory with practice and closely followed the theoretical and practical issues encountered in party building work.
