本文报告了应用表面增强技术将薄层色谱与NIR-FT-Raman光谱联用,获得中草药有效成分槲皮素、金丝桃甙光谱新方法的研究,研究表明,在薄层原位仅3μg样品,就可获得分子主要的振动特征谱带,文中分析了两种分子结构相似的黄桐醇谱图的差异,阐明了应用表面增强技术将薄层色谱与NIR-FT-Raman光谱联用对中草药化学成分进行高灵敏度检测的原理与可行性和优越性.
This paper reports the use of surface-enhanced technology for the combined use of thin-layer chromatography with NIR-FT-Raman spectroscopy to obtain new methods for determining the spectrum of quercetin and hyperin in active ingredients of Chinese herbs. Studies have shown that only 3 μg samples are in situ in thin layers. The main vibrational bands of the molecule can be obtained. The differences between the two alcohol structure spectra with similar molecular structures are analyzed in this paper, and the application of surface enhancement technology to the combination of thin layer chromatography and NIR-FT-Raman spectroscopy for Chinese herbal medicine is clarified. The principle and feasibility and superiority of chemical composition for high sensitivity detection.
