教育的根本宗旨是形成一定的人格。教学过程中应以培养学生独立的人格为目标,着眼于学生的终身发展。随着现代化的发展与人类的进步,要求学生必须从传统的依附人格转变为独立人格。人格素质是核心素质,健全的人格不仅是个体和谐发展的关键性因素,而且是社会发展对人才提出的必然要求。本文由三个部分组成:第一部分为独立人格的涵义,第二部分则重点突出教学中独立人格构建的可能性及紧迫性,最后一部分着重伏笔于教学中培养学生独立人格的策略的研究。结合教学实践,作者就如何塑造学生的独立人格展开了初步讨论。
The fundamental purpose of education is to form a certain personality. The teaching process should be to cultivate independent personality of students as the goal, focusing on the life-long development of students. With the development of modernization and the progress of mankind, students are required to change from the traditional dependent personality to independent personality. Personality quality is the core quality, a sound personality is not only the key factor for the harmonious development of an individual, but also the inevitable requirement of social development for qualified personnel. This article consists of three parts: The first part is the meaning of independent personality, the second part focuses on the possibility and urgency of independent personality construction in teaching. The last part focuses on the study of strategies to train students’ independent personality in teaching. Combined with teaching practice, the author started a preliminary discussion on how to shape students’ independent personality.
