目的:健康教育对初发糖尿病患者干预效果。方法:选取我科入院新诊的糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象,实验组有专职糖尿病护士实施规范化糖尿病教育,对照组执行内科一般护理常规,分析两组的护理效果。结果:通过护理两组病人的住院天数、空腹血糖,糖化血红蛋白,血脂差异显著(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:对初发糖尿病病人及早进行糖尿病健康教育,能够提高病人的遵医行为,有利于病人对自己的血糖进行系统管理,使血糖及早达标,减少住院天数,血血脂、糖化血红蛋白稳定在安全水平。
Objective: Health education intervention in patients with primary diabetes. Methods: Sixty patients with newly diagnosed diabetes admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects. Diabetics nurses in the experimental group were given standardized diabetes education. The control group was given general medical care routine, and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, and lipids between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The early diabetes health education for patients with primary diabetes can improve patients compliance behavior, help patients to manage their own blood glucose system, make blood glucose reach the standard early, reduce the number of days of hospitalization, blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin stable at a safe level .
