本文总结我院1210例直肠肛管癌，行Miles术腹膜外平坦形人工肛门造设经验，介绍了这一新的人工肛门造设方法。本手术操作简单省时，不影响粪袋安装，不因挤压、磨擦引起疼痛和出血．不影响衣着和美观，不易引起肠腔狭窄，不发生脱出和内陷。是一种较为理想的术式。
This article summarizes the 1210 cases of rectal canal cancer in our hospital, underwent Miles peritoneal flat artificial anus construction experience, introduced this new method of artificial anus. The operation is simple and save time, does not affect the dung bag installation, not because of extrusion, friction caused by pain and bleeding. Does not affect the clothing and appearance, is not easy to cause intestinal stricture, does not occur prolapse and retraction. Is a more ideal operation.
