加强企业成本费用管理是提高企业效益的源泉。本文针对商业企业成本费用管理的特征,在分析商业企业成本费用管理现状和存在的问题的基础上,提出了加强商业企业成本费用管理的方法和措施。
Strengthening enterprise cost management is to improve the efficiency of enterprises source. In this paper, according to the characteristics of cost management of commercial enterprises, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of cost management of commercial enterprises, and puts forward methods and measures to strengthen cost management of commercial enterprises.
