目的采用TLC定性鉴别复方芒果苷滴眼液中的芒果苷和盐酸小檗碱并用HPLC测定其含量。方法用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(28∶72),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长265nm,外标法定量。结果芒果苷和盐酸小檗碱的线性范围均为0.1~1.0μg,平均回收率分别为101.0%(RSD=2.09%,n=9)、100.6%(RSD=1.87%,n=9)。结论所建方法简便、准确,可用于复方芒果苷滴眼液的质量控制。
Objective To identify the contents of mangiferin and berberine hydrochloride in compound mangiferin eye drops by TLC and determine its content by HPLC. Methods C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (28:72), flow rate 1.0mL · min-1, detection wavelength 265nm and external standard method. Results The linear ranges of mangiferin and berberine were 0.1-1.0μg. The average recoveries were 101.0% (RSD = 2.09%, n = 9) and 100.6% (RSD = 1.87%, n = 9) respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of compound mangiferin eye drops.
