The Third Meeting of the Fifth Council of China Rubber Industry Association will be held on April 24, 2003 in Nanchang. The conference will summarize the work of China Rubber Industry Association in 2002 and arrange the work in 2003; examine the 2002 financial results and the 2003 budget report of China Rubber Industry Association; consider the proposal of setting up a rubber material professional committee and a technical committee;
