云南富源县人武部,要求全县民兵在西部大开发中,做到“六个带头”: 一是带头认真学习领会党中央、国务院关于西部大开发的一系列重要指示精神,增强参加和支持西部大开发的自觉性。 二是带头开展学习科学文化知识的活动,办好农业科学知识讲座,抓好骨干培训,争做学科学、讲科学、用科学的带头人。
