This paper discusses the status quo and significance of implementing humane care in sci-tech periodicals and demonstrates the feasibility and significance of scien- tific care in sci-tech periodicals through the establishment of “Orthopedic New Perspectives” section of “Chinese Journal of Traumatic Orthopedics” Periodical implementation of humane care of specific measures.
