壹从苏州乘车南下至吴江,再沿太湖一路开去,过八坼、平望、梅堰、庙头、震泽,便到了著名的南浔镇。如今的南浔镇留有两大人文景观:一是嘉业堂,一是小莲庄。这嘉业堂本是近代人刘承干的藏书楼,于1924年落成,这是一座砖木结构的二层楼,内有诗萃堂、宋四史斋、求恕斋、嘉业厅、希古斋、黎光阁、抗昔居名堂,连同楼外园林约占地三十亩。园中遍植竹木,垒石为山,掘地为池,更有亭榭秀丽。这里的藏书曾经达到六十万册之巨。主人除向书商零
