通过小分子物质M对聚丙烯腈(PAN)溶液改性,利用流变仪、紫外可见分光光谱、相变分析、扫描电镜等研究了其对PAN溶液性质、凝固过程及RAN膜结构的影响。结果表明,小分子物质的加入,改变了聚合体系的作用力,PAN溶液的复数黏度提高,低剪切作用下剪切模量提高;小分子物质的加入,提高了聚合物的亲水性,PAN溶液出现浑浊的水用量由1.46 g提高到2.48 g;由于RAN溶液体系作用力的改变及亲水性的提高,推迟了聚合物溶液相变的发生,减缓了双扩散的剧烈程度,使得PAN膜的结构更加致密。
The polyacrylonitrile (PAN) solution was modified by small molecule M, and its influence on the properties of PAN solution, solidification process and RAN membrane structure was investigated by means of rheometer, UV-vis spectroscopy, phase change analysis and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the addition of small molecule species changed the force of the polymerization system, the complex viscosity of PAN solution increased, and the shear modulus increased under the low shear stress. The addition of small molecules increased the hydrophilicity of the polymer, The amount of cloudy water in PAN solution increased from 1.46 g to 2.48 g. Due to the change of the force of RAN solution system and the increase of hydrophilicity, the phase transition of polymer solution was postponed, the degree of double diffusion was slowed down, Membrane structure is more dense.
