目的探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)与胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)的关系。方法用放射免疫分析法,测定86例妊娠晚期妇女血清、羊水和脐静脉血清EGF浓度;根据新生儿出生体重,将研究对象分成对照组54例、大于胎龄儿(LGA)组18例和IUGR组14例。对照组中有11例同时测定脐动脉血清EGF浓度,比较各组间羊水和孕妇、脐血清EGF水平及脐动、静脉血清间EGF水平的差异。结果LGA组羊水、孕妇和脐静脉血清EGF与对照组比较,差异无显著性(P均>0.2);与对照组比较,IUGR组羊水EGF浓度显著降低,孕妇、脐静脉血清EGF浓度显著增高,差异均有显著性(P均<0.05);与LGA组比较,IUGR组脐静脉血清EGF浓度显著增高(P<0.05),羊水和孕妇血清EGF浓度比较,差异无显著性(P均>0.05)。脐动、静脉血清EGF浓度比较,差异无显著性(P>0.1)。结论羊水、孕妇及胎儿血EGF可能有不同的来源;EGF可能与IUGR的发生有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between epidermal growth factor (EGF) and intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR). Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the EGF concentration of serum, amniotic fluid and umbilical vein in 86 pregnant women. According to the newborn’s birth weight, the subjects were divided into control group (n = 54), 18 cases larger than gestational age (LGA) group and IUGR Group of 14 cases. The control group, 11 cases of simultaneous determination of umbilical artery serum EGF concentration, amniotic fluid between pregnant women and pregnant women, umbilical serum EGF levels and umbilical cord blood serum and serum levels of EGF between the differences. Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in LAMP group amniotic fluid, pregnant women and umbilical vein serum EGF (P> 0.2). Compared with the control group, the EGF concentration of amniotic fluid in IUGR group was significantly lower, and the EGF concentration in pregnant women and umbilical vein was significantly (P <0.05). Compared with LGA group, the concentration of EGF in serum of umbilical vein of IUGR group was significantly increased (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in EGF concentration between amniotic fluid and pregnant women (P> 0.05). Umbilical artery and venous serum EGF concentration, the difference was not significant (P> 0.1). Conclusions Epinephrine, pregnant women and fetus may have different sources of EGF; EGF may be related to the occurrence of IUGR.
