山东省滨州医学院附属医院作为省级区域医疗中心,近年来积极推动临床变革和创新,成为山东省内首家系统推广实施ERAS(加速康复外科)的医院。通过ERAS工作,有力推动了技术创新,促进了诊疗能力及技术水平的提高,同时也起到了规范诊疗行为和保障医疗安全的效果。初步统计,全院引入ERAS理念术后平均住院日降低了14.1%~28.4%,平均住院费用降低了21%~42.1%,且患者疼痛程度明显
