一、主要职责: (一)监测、分析国民经济运行态势,调节国民经济日常运行;编制并组织实施近期经济运行调控目标、政策和措施,组织解决经济运行中的重大问题并向国务院提出意见和建议。 (二)组织拟定、实施国家产业政策,监督、检查执行情况;指导产业结构调整,提出重点行业、重点产品的调整方案;联系工商领域社会中介组织并指导其改革与调整。 (三)组织拟定工业、商贸方面的综合性经济法规和政策并监督检查;收集、整理、分析和发布经济信息。 (四)指导委管国家局拟定行业规划和行业法规,制定电力(含水电)、医药、黄金的行业规划、行业法规,实施行业管理。
I. Main Responsibilities: (1) To monitor and analyze the running trend of the national economy and regulate the daily operation of the national economy; to formulate and organize the implementation of the objectives, policies and measures for the control of economic operations in the near future, to organize and solve major problems in the economic operation and to submit opinions to the State Council Suggest. (2) To organize the formulation and implementation of state industrial policies, supervise and check implementation; to guide the readjustment of the industrial structure, to propose adjustment plans for key industries and key products; to contact the social intermediary organizations in the industrial and commercial field and guide their reform and adjustment. (3) to organize the formulation of comprehensive economic laws and regulations and policies in industry and commerce and to supervise and inspect such information; and to collect, collate, analyze and publish economic information. (IV) Steering and entrusting the State Bureau to formulate plans and laws and regulations for industries and formulate industrial plans and industrial regulations for electric power (including hydropower), medicine and gold, and implement industry management.
