引言 直接铸带(简称DSC)工艺的技术与经济效益,不断推动该工艺向前发展。在过去的十年中,已有多种的合金系运用DSC工艺铸成带和板。毫不奇怪,从所有工作中得到最重要的结果之一,就是能成功地铸造这些合金有一个较宽的铸造条件和参数范围。同样有关带性能对铸造条件和参数的敏感性已有了一些认识。显然工艺条件和参数的控制是DSC能大规模生产的关键。
Introduction Direct casting belt (referred to as DSC) process technology and economic benefits, continue to promote the process forward. In the past decade, a number of alloys have been cast into tapes and sheets using the DSC process. Not surprisingly, one of the most important results from all the work is the wide range of casting conditions and parameters that make it possible to cast these alloys successfully. There is also some knowledge about the sensitivity of belt properties to casting conditions and parameters. Obviously the control of process conditions and parameters is the key to DSC mass production.
