1992年10月12日在本市教育会堂召开了“HBL304超低碳不锈钢焊接管用带钢”鉴定会。会议由冶金局科技处卢聚春同志主持,杨子宁教授任专家评审组组长,上海钢铁工艺技术研究所郭亲玺高级工程师、上海石油机械学会姜启皋高级工程师、上海有色线材厂梅品修高级工程师、上海航海仪器厂刘文海高级焊接技师及我所章靖国副总等为专家评审组成员,会议代表共三十余人。
October 12, 1992 held in the city education hall “HBL304 ultra-low carbon stainless steel welded pipe strip” appraisal. The meeting was hosted by Comrade Lu Juchun, Science and Technology Department of the Metallurgical Bureau. Professor Yang Zining was appointed as the leader of the expert review team. Guo Qin, a senior engineer at the Shanghai Institute of Iron and Steel Technology and Technology, Jiang Qigao, senior engineer at Shanghai Petroleum Institute of Machinery, Liu Wenhai senior welding technician and our deputy Zhang Jingguo deputy expert review panel members, a total of more than 30 conference delegates.
