目的:通过检测兔血浆炎性因子白细胞介素6(Interleukelin-6,IL-6)和白细胞介素8(Interleukelin-8,IL-8)的水平,探讨葱白提取物防治深静脉血栓的疗效和机制;方法:随机将新西兰白兔24只分为空白模型组、葱白防治组和葱白治疗组。按照赵学凌等方法构建兔下肢创伤性深静脉血栓模型,造模成功后,空白模型组给予生理盐水,葱白治疗组给葱白提取物1周,葱白防治组造模前持续给葱白提取物1周,造模后同葱白治疗组。并检测造模前后血清IL-6、IL-8的变化,对实验数据进行统计分析。结果:造模后,各组兔血清中IL-6、IL-8含量明显升高(P<0.01),葱白提取物预防和治疗均可以降低模型组兔血清中IL-6、IL-8含量(P<0.05),各时段组间比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);结论:葱白提取物能防治创伤后深静脉血栓的形成,其机制与减少IL-6、IL-8分泌有关。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of light blue extract on preventing and treating deep venous thrombosis by detecting the levels of Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) Mechanism; Methods: 24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into blank model group, light blue control group and light blue treatment group. According to Zhao Xueling and other methods to build rabbit lower extremity traumatic deep vein thrombosis model, after the success of modeling, the model group was given normal saline, light blue treatment group to light blue extract for 1 week, light blue control group continued to give light green extract 1 week, After modeling with light blue treatment group. The changes of serum IL-6 and IL-8 before and after the model were detected, and the experimental data were statistically analyzed. Results: The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the serum of rabbits in each group were significantly increased (P <0.01) after modeling, and the prevention and treatment of allium extract could reduce the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Allopathic white extract can prevent post-traumatic deep venous thrombosis and its mechanism is related to the decrease of IL-6 and IL-8 secretion .
