对双颈内动脉颅外段闭塞1例TCD诊断分析如下。1病历摘要男,71岁。主因左侧肢体活动障碍4 h入院。既往高血压病史10 a,血压最高达200/110 mm Hg,吸烟史30 a,饮酒10余。入院后查:BP 160/100 mm Hg,神清,语利,深舌无偏斜双侧肌力、肌张力正常,左侧肢体活动障碍基本恢复。TCD检查所见:双颈内动脉颅外段未探及血流信号,双颈外动脉低阻
One case of TCD diagnosis of occlusion of extracranial internal carotid artery is as follows. 1 medical record summary male, 71 years old. Mainly due to left limb movement disorders 4 h admission. Previous 10 years of history of hypertension, blood pressure up to 200/110 mm Hg, smoking history 30 a, drinking more than 10. Checked after admission: BP 160/100 mm Hg, Shen Qing, language profuse, deep tongue without skewed bilateral muscle strength, normal muscle tone, left limb activity disorders recovered. TCD examination findings: two internal carotid artery extracranial segment was not detected and blood flow signals, two external carotid artery low resistance
