从油田堵水角度出发,考察了在去离子水和矿化水中阴、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺混合体系(PHPDA)对镁皂石凝胶流变性质的影响。结果表明:(1)在镁皂石凝胶水体系中加入PHP-DA混合物,体系可形成空间网状结构,因而体系更加稳定,粘度也大幅度增加;(2)在PHP浓度和PHP-DA的总浓度相同的条件下,后者由于在水介质中有阴、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺互相交联作用,粘度比前者有所增加;(3)镁皂石和PHP-DA在水介质中相互作用,形成空间网状结构,它的形成与破坏是可逆的,体系具有触变性;(4)对矿化水体系,镁皂石和PHPDA混合体系的触变性强于镁皂石和PHP混合体系。由于具有上述性质,此种体系可能作为高渗透率大孔道油层优良的堵水剂。
From the perspective of oilfield water blockage, the effects of anionic and cationic polyacrylamide mixed system (PHPDA) on the rheological properties of magnesiolite gel in deionized water and mineralized water were investigated. The results showed that: (1) PHP-DA mixture was added into the magma soap water system, and the system could form a spatial network structure, thus the system was more stable and viscosity increased significantly. (2) (3) the interaction between magnesia and PHP-DA in aqueous media, the viscosity of the latter is higher than that of the latter because of the cross-linking of anionic and cationic polyacrylamide in aqueous media, Forming a spatial network structure, its formation and destruction is reversible, the system has thixotropy; (4) the thixotropic properties of the mineralized water system, magnesiolite and PHPDA mixed system is stronger than that of magnesium soapstone and PHP mixed system. Due to the above properties, this system may be used as an excellent plugging agent for high permeability macropore reservoir.
