随着我国的医疗卫生体制改革的深入推进,实行公立医院法人治理的意义越来越重大。我国将公立医院法人治理的模式主要分为四种,而委托—代理关系与该四种模式密不可分。本文基于委托—代理理论,分别比较公立医院四种法人治理模式的优缺点,并对此进行总结分析,认为我国现阶段大多数的公立医院以行政机构分权型治理模式或理事会型治理模式为宜。
With the deepening reform of the medical and health system in our country, it is more and more important to implement the corporate governance of public hospitals. China’s public hospital corporate governance model is divided into four main types, and the principal-agent relationship with the four models are inseparable. Based on the principal-agent theory, this paper respectively compares the advantages and disadvantages of the four corporate governance models in public hospitals, and summarizes the results. It concludes that most of the public hospitals in our country currently rely on the decentralized administrative model or the governing model It is advisable.
