日前,财政部公布第二十一号《中华人民共和国财政部会计信息质量检查公告》显示,部分房地产企业存在销售收入不实、多计成本费用、少缴或迟缴税款等问题,其中恒大地产、远洋地产、中信地产等多家大型房地产企业少缴、迟缴税款共计逾20亿元。此消息公布后,再次引起了社会各界对房地产业税收监管问题的关注。本期财经热点关注我国房地产行业的税收监管问题。
