直至六十年代初,对骨肉瘤的治疗,尽管施行高位截肢或关节离断等根治手术,但85%以上的病例于术后1~2年死于肺转移,5年生存率仅在10~15%左右。近年由于化疗、放疗、免疫化疗的进展与应用,使骨肉瘤的疗效大为提高。一、骨肉瘤治疗的演变1.手术与放射线疗法二十年代Myerding 对拒绝手术的或已形成肺转移的患者,应用放射线作姑息疗法,因效果不佳,未能推广。1930年lansitzen 等研制了超高压X 线以来,才又重新考虑这一疗法。
