目的 探讨乳果糖口服液联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片用于妇科术前肠道准备的安全性与有效性.方法 将我院需行普通妇科手术患者300例,随机分为观察组(n=152)和对照组(n=148).观察组术前3d予乳果糖口服液(15 mL,po,bid)+复方嗜酸乳杆菌片(1.0g,po,tid),对照组术前1d予复方聚乙二醇电解质散(2盒,po)进行肠道准备.2组患者均于术前1d进食无渣半流质,术前8h禁食、4h禁饮.观察患者服药后的排便情况、肠道清洁程度、患者依从性、不良反应,服药前后血糖、血电解质变化,以及术后肠功能恢复情况.结果肠道内积便及肠胀气情况2组之间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而术中溢便情况2组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);2组患者术前1d排便次数及睡眠质量差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组在服药前后血糖、血电解质的含量没有明显变化(P＞0.05),对照组服药前血糖、血电解质高于术晨,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率比对照组低,而药物的接受程度和药物口感明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);2组术后肠功能恢复比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 乳果糖口服液联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片作为妇科手术前肠道准备药物是安全有效的,尤其适用于全身状况欠佳的老年患者.“,”AIM To explore the safety and efficacy of lactulose oral solution coupled with compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets as pre-surgical bowel preparation in patients with gynecologic surgery.METHODS Totally 300 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n =152) and control group (n =148).The observation group received lactulose oral solution (15 mL,po,bid) plus compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets(1.0 g,po,tid) and the control group was given oral administration of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder as pre-surgical bowel preparation 3 d before surgery.Then,patients' defecation,acceptance,adverse reactions,changes of glucose and electrolytes before and after treatment,bowel cleansing and post-surgical bowel movement recovery were observed and compared between the 2 groups.RESULTS No statistical significance in bowel cleansing could be observed following implementation of the drugs for the 2 groups(P ＞ 0.05).The texture and acceptance of the drugs for the observation group were obviously superior to those of the control group,with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).With the exception of allergic reaction,the incidence of other adverse reactions for the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The level of glucose and electrolytes was no significant change between before and after taking the medicine in the observation group(P ＞0.05).The level of glucose and electolytes was significantly higher before taking the medicine than that in the morning of operation in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Following pre-surgical bowel preparation,frequency of defecation and recovery of bowel function for the observation group were superior than those of the control group,also with statistical significance,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups (P ＜ 0.05).CONCLUSION Lactulose oral solution coupled with compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets as pre-surgical bowel preparation is safe and effective.It is especially suitable for elderly patients with poor general condition,is worth popularizing in clinic.
