诗歌,它的特征是语言精简,有韵律,让读者感受到意境非常优美,而且向读者传达了深厚的异国文化底蕴及浓郁的人文情怀,在人教版高中英语教材中,是文学体裁的一种,通过有节奏,有韵律的语言集中地反映生活,抒发情感适当地渗透诗歌文化,不仅有利于提升学生语感,提高语言技能,更会开拓学生视野,丰富文化知识,培养跨文化交际能力。本文尝试从实践的角度阐述如何在英语课堂中开展诗歌教学,为高中英语教师在进行诗歌教学时提供思路与参考。
