在无产阶级文化大革命中,我们遵照毛主席“抓革命,促生产”的教导,研究试制了适用于磁性介质净化回收的双筒永磁磁选机。根据试验样机在吕家坨矿洗煤厂运转的生产检查结果来看,仅用该机的一个园筒进行生产就比原有的从波兰引进的法国φ770×1650电磁磁选机两段串联的生产效果还要好,磁性介质损失大大减少,而且降低了电耗,减轻了操作工人的劳动强度,为我国重介质选煤的磁性介质净化回收作业提供了新设备。 在该机研究试制过程中,冶金部北京矿冶研究院积极支援我们所需的永磁磁块。在样机制成后,一机部沈阳矿山机器厂派出以工人为主体的设计人员和我们一起完成了定型图纸设计,对上述单位以及其他许多单位给予我们的支持,我们表示感谢。
In the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, in accordance with Chairman Mao’s guideline of “catching revolution and promoting production,” we studied on the trial manufacture of a dual-cylinder permanent magnetic separator suitable for the purification and recovery of magnetic media. After the prototype was made, we thank the designers of Shenyang Machinery Factory which sent the workers as the main body to complete the design of the stereotypes with us and give our support to the above units and many other units.
