由于作物种植结构与农业水资源优化配置关系密切,因此本文在论述我国农业水资源现状与农业可持续发展关系的前提下,提出作物种植结构与水量优化分配的多目标模糊模型,克服了以往方法中只考虑经济效益目标,而忽视社会效益和生态效益目标的不足。为更好的解决权重问题,本文提出模糊定权的方法来确定指标权重。应用实例表明,理论模型严谨,物理意义明晰,计算方法简洁,为区域农业可持续发展规划提供了较完善的多目标模糊优化理论、模型与方法。
Due to the close relationship between crop planting structure and the optimal allocation of agricultural water resources, this paper presents a multi-objective fuzzy model of optimal allocation of crop planting structure and water quantity, on the premise of discussing the relationship between agricultural water resources status and sustainable development of agriculture in our country, Only consider the goal of economic benefits, while ignoring the social and ecological benefits of the lack of goals. In order to solve the problem of weight better, this paper proposes a method of fuzzy fixed weight to determine the index weight. The application example shows that the theoretical model is rigorous, the physical meaning is clear, and the calculation method is concise, which provides a perfect multi-objective fuzzy optimization theory, model and method for the regional agricultural sustainable development planning.
