在田间自然虫源条件下,大豆对食叶性害虫综合抗性的遗传表现为一对主基因+ 多基因的遗传模式,抗性表现为显性。F2 群体与F2:3 家系抗虫性分离相当明显,根据F2·3 家系估计的主基因遗传率比根据F2 群体估计的主基因遗传率要高,分别是65.38% 和48.19% 。对F2 个体和F2·3 家系的主基因基因型分类作了估计。
In the field of natural sources of insects, soybean genetic resistance to leaf-pests comprehensive genetic resistance as a major gene + polygene genetic model, the resistance showed dominant. The segregation of insect resistance in F2 population and F2: 3 family was quite obvious. The heritability of major genes estimated by F2 · 3 pedigree was higher than that estimated by F2 population, which were 65.38% and 48.19% respectively. The main genotypes of F2 individuals and F2.3 families were estimated.
