我教两个半日制耕读班,共有七十六个学生。搞教学工作,我本是个外行。但是,这又有什么要紧。干革命,总是由外行到内行的。不懂,就学嘛。我除了努力学习教育杂志上的文章,向全日制小学的老师请教以外,还特别注意听取贫下中农的意见,拜他们为师。不少贫下中农说:“我们祖祖辈辈谁也摸不着自己的名字,今天,让孩子认得个名字也好。”根据这个要求,一开学,我首先握住一个个孩子的小手,教他们学会写自已的名字。以后,又逐步教会了他们写家里人的姓名。
