目的探析骨关节外伤诊断中运用128层螺旋CT三维成像技术的临床价值。方法选择2014年2月至2015年2月期间我院收治的骨关节外伤患者55例为研究对象,分别行X线和128层螺旋CT三维成像检查,对比分析两种检查方法的检出率。结果与X线检查相比,128层螺旋CT检查的骨关节外伤检出率较高,两种检查方法比较差异显著(P<0.05);相比较X线检查而言,128层螺旋CT检查的关节内碎片检出率高,对比有明显差异(P<0.05);同时,两种检查方法在骨折塌陷诊断率方面比较有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用128层螺旋CT三维成像技术对骨关节外伤进行诊断,不仅可以提高检出率,还可以将病变部位的立体形态精确显示出来,为治疗提供有效依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional (128-slice) spiral CT in the diagnosis of osteoarticular trauma. Methods From February 2014 to February 2015, 55 patients with traumatic joint trauma admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were enrolled in this study. X-ray and 128-slice three-dimensional (3D) CT imaging were performed respectively to compare the detection rates of the two methods. Results Compared with the X-ray examination, 128-slice spiral CT examination of the detection rate of bone and joint injuries higher, the two methods were significantly different (P <0.05); compared with X-ray examination, 128-slice spiral CT examination The detection rate of intra-articular fragments was high and the contrast was significant (P <0.05). Meanwhile, the two methods were statistically significant in the diagnosis of fracture collapse (P <0.05). Conclusions The clinical application of 128-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging in the diagnosis of osteoarticular trauma can not only improve the detection rate, but also accurately display the three-dimensional morphology of the lesion and provide an effective basis for treatment.
