我国企业集团是在广泛展开横向经济联合的基础上发展起来的,反映了社会主义商品经济的客观要求,也是社会化大生产发展的必然趋势。企业集团的出现与发展壮大,使我们获得了一条生产要素合理流动与优化组合的有效途径,从而能够通过产业政策的引导与竞争机制的作用,实现产业结构、产品结构与企业结构的合理调整。尤其是跨部门、跨地区的大型企业集团,正在冲破旧体制的束缚,走向集团的经营一体化与资产一体化,形成多元化的所有制结构,合理的经济规模,以及具有综合性功能的崭新的组织形式,追求高起点、高技术和高效益。企业集团在我国经济中有着无可替代的重要地位,关系国民经济
The development of the enterprise groups in our country based on the extensive horizontal economic cooperation has reflected the objective requirements of the socialist commodity economy and the inevitable trend of the development of socialized mass production. The emergence and development of enterprise groups have enabled us to obtain an effective way to reasonably flow and optimize the combination of production factors so as to realize the rational adjustment of industrial structure, product structure and enterprise structure through the guidance and competition mechanism of industrial policies. In particular, large-scale enterprise groups that are inter-departmental and trans-regional are breaking the shackles of the old system and moving toward integration of the Group’s operations and integration of assets to form a diversified ownership structure, a reasonable economic scale and a brand-new Organizational form, the pursuit of a high starting point, high technology and high efficiency. Enterprise groups have an irreplaceable important position in our economy and have a bearing on the national economy
