1994年底,省委、省政府在研究分析全省工业经济形势和世界经济发展规律的基础上,作出了在全省加强经济联合组建大型企业集团的决策。根据1995年4月省委、省政府有关文件精神,结合我省“九五”计划确定的支柱产业,组建和完善了10个大型重点企业集团。
By the end of 1994, on the basis of studying and analyzing the industrial economic situation in the province and the law of world economic development, the provincial party committee and government made the decision of strengthening economic co-formation of large-scale enterprise groups in the entire province. According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the provincial party committee and government in April 1995 and in combination with the pillar industries determined by the “95%” plan of our province, 10 large-scale key enterprise groups were formed and perfected.
