1895年7月生于浙江诸暨的我国著名育种学家,中国科学院院士金善宝教授,堪称农业科学研究的先驱。他为我国的农业科技发展及教育事业呕心沥血,功勋卓著。现在金老虽已101岁高龄,但听力很好,思维敏捷,仍在家中看报、读书、下棋、写字、下楼散步,并不时参加一些社会活动,时刻关心着我国农业科学技术的发展。每当有人来访,老人热情接待,临走时,定要亲自送至门口,握手道别。
July 1895 was born in Zhuji, Zhejiang, China’s famous breeder, Chinese Academy of Sciences Professor Jin Shanbao, 堪称 agricultural science research pioneer. He worked hard for our country’s agricultural science and technology development and education and made outstanding contributions. Now that he is 101 years old, he has good listening skills and quick thinking. He is still reading newspapers, reading books, playing chess, writing, going downstairs and taking part in some social activities from time to time. He is always concerned about the development of agricultural science and technology in China . Whenever someone visits, the elderly warm reception, before leaving, will personally be sent to the door, shake hands goodbye.
