“双蝶”这一在当地小有名气、后被7家民营企业无偿使用达s年之久的注册商标,如今终于“名花”有主。4月1日,山东省安丘市黄旗堡镇田家汶泮村委与7家民营粉笔厂达成协议:“双蝶”商标归集体拥有,村里的7家民营粉笔厂可有偿使用。至此,历史悠久的“双蝶”商标这一无形资产被长期无偿使用的状态宣告结束,从而使这个濒临丢失、知名度较高的商标,重新发挥其商战利器作用,同样也保护了集体的利益不受侵害。
