幼儿教师的质量是幼儿教育发展的重要制约因素,数据显示1995—2003年间,幼儿教师减少26万,减少24%。而民办幼儿园教师则因为各方面的原因以更快的速度流失,如果处理不当会导致整个民办幼儿园教育质量下滑。通过对2007年6月起至今黑龙江省佳木斯市民办幼儿园幼师的“突发性紧缺现象”进行个案研究,对造成这种现象的深层原因进行社会学分析,尝试提出解决这个问题的对策。
The quality of kindergarten teachers is an important constraint on the development of preschool education. The data show that there was a decrease of 260,000 kindergarten teachers in 1995-2003, a decrease of 24%. Private kindergarten teachers, on the other hand, lose their jobs at a faster rate due to various reasons. If they are not properly handled, the quality of education in private kindergartens will decline. Through a case study on the “sudden shortage phenomenon” of kindergarten kindergartens in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province from June 2007 to the present, a sociological analysis of the underlying causes of this phenomenon is made and an attempt is made to find a solution to this problem .
