英语学困生的出现使得我国农村初中英语教学质量难以提高。其形成的主要原因有:教育经费投入不足,英语教学设备和资源匮乏;师资力量薄弱;学生厌学心理严重,自信心不足;学生英语学习方法不当。其转化策略为:教育投入要向农村学校倾斜,改善农村学校英语教学条件;培养高素质的农村英语教师队伍;树立师生信心,培养学习兴趣;从基本的学习方法入手,培养学困生的英语学习能力。
The emergence of English learners makes it difficult to improve the quality of English teaching in rural junior middle schools. The main reasons for its formation are: inadequate investment in education, lack of English teaching equipment and resources; weak teachers; serious mental fatigue of students, lack of self-confidence; improper English learning methods for students. The transformation strategy is as follows: investment in education should be inclined to rural schools, improving rural English teaching conditions in rural areas; cultivating high-quality rural English teachers; establishing confidence of teachers and students and fostering their interest in learning; starting from the basic learning methods to cultivate students with learning difficulties English learning ability.
