1994年5月13日市区下了入汛以来的第一场大雨,根据(94)5.13降雨日报08:00～16:51,市区雨量最大为闵行区达46mm,其次为卢湾、长宁、扬浦、闸北、虹口、普陀、黄浦区分别为39mm～37mm;小时雨量为闵行区28mm、卢湾区13mm、长宁区15mm、扬浦区14mm、闸北区13mm、虹口区14mm、普陀口12mm、黄浦区11mm。据不完全统计,市区广东路、浙江路、汉口路、江西路、天津路、四川北路、广中路、欧阳路、西江湾路、水电路、泗泾路、武宁路、长寿路、龙门路,重庆路,长乐路、淮海路、陕西路、建国路、吴中路、中山西路、安源路、铜仁路等廿多条马路,都有不同程度的积水,有20多户(仅上报)居民家进水,6家工厂企业进水,渝泾浦河水漫溢,
