事实上,建筑施工管理直接性的决定了建筑工程的安全与质量,在此过程之中现场施工管理是其中的关键,同时也是施工管理的核心,也就是说只要全方位的将现场进行科学合理化的管理与控制,才可以在最大程度之上来充分的保障建筑工程的质量、成本、安全以及进度,使得施工过程之中的每一个阶段都可以按部就班地予以实施,按照工程合同之中的时间来进行完工,目前受到现代社会关注的建筑行业之中,建筑的投资者以及施工单位要想获得充分的市场份额以及地位那么就不能忽视建筑行业本身的质量安全以及技术控制。鉴于此,本文主要分析建筑施工管理存在的问题及对策。
