高师体育专业的学生如何适应当今体育教学工作,应该具备哪些基本素质和能力已成为一个普遍关注的问题。文章通过对一些中学体育教师的访谈和调查研究,了解了在体育教学工作中教师应该具备哪些基本素质和能力,并综合分析了高师体育专业的学生所应具备的综合素质及其现状。
It is a common concern that how to adapt the physical education students in normal colleges to the current physical education teaching and what basic qualities and abilities they should possess. Through interviews and investigation of some middle school PE teachers, this article has learned about the basic qualities and abilities that teachers should have in PE teaching and comprehensively analyzed the comprehensive qualities and status quo that PE major students should have.
