随着社会的不断进步,对于人才的需求也在相应增加,电力企业要想在市场经济中占据有利的位置,应该意识到人力资源绩效管理的重要性。电力企业的生产与经营区别于一般的企业,企业的管理者应该充分发挥人力资源的价值,为企业创造更多的价值,从企业的实际情况出发,制定科学合理的绩效管理制度。文中会介绍电力企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,重点指出有效进行绩效管理的措施。
