本文报告了我们收治的4例由不同原因引起咽旁间隙感染病例,按病因,早期诊断,并发症进行讨论,认为牙源性咽旁间隙感染虽多因智齿冠周炎引起,但拔牙、颌面部感染也是发生咽旁间隙感染不容忽视的原因;咽旁间隙感染漏诊的原因往往是人们忽视其临床症状体征造成的;并发症的发生多因切开引流不及时和引流不畅。提出口内外联合切开对口引流的治疗方法、介绍国外用锁骨下动脉—大脑中动脉行血管旁路移植替代颈动脉结扎术治疗颈动脉破裂大出血。
This article reports the 4 cases of parapharyngeal space infections caused by different causes reported in our hospital. Etiology, early diagnosis and complication were discussed. Although the majority of odontogenic parapharyngeal space infections were caused by pericoronitis, extraction of teeth and jaw Facial infection is also the cause of parapharyngeal space infection can not be ignored; missed diagnosis of parapharyngeal space infection is often overlooked because of clinical symptoms and signs; complications due to incision and drainage is not timely and poor drainage. Proposed intra-oral and external incision on the treatment of counterparts drainage introduced abroad with subclavian artery - middle cerebral artery bypass graft instead of carotid artery ligation for the treatment of carotid artery rupture hemorrhage.
