炎炎七月,大地如炉,然而,一走进雪峰山深处的湖南安化县,品一杯香味醇厚的安化黑茶,暑意已消除不少。安化县隶属湖南省益阳市,位于资水中游,湘中偏北,雪峰山北段,东与桃江、宁乡接壤,南与涟源,新化毗邻,西与溆浦、沅陵交界,北与常德、桃源相连。可以说,正是独特的地理环境成就安化黑茶独有的特质。今年7月中旬,本刊新闻采访组走进安化,寻访关于黑茶的古老传说,试图解开安化黑茶穿越千年却依然生命力旺盛的“密码”。
