2014年8月,上海市正式启动国库集中支付电子化管理工作。市财政局与人民银行上海分行密切配合,以支付电子化管理为契机,彻底转变了接口报文规范和网络衔接模式。目前市级支付电子化业务已经全面上线,运行情况良好,从根本上规范了国库集中支付管理制度,财政资金支付效率、安全管理水平明显提升,得到各相关部门的支持和肯定,达到了预期目标。科学谋划大力推进市级支付电子化管理工作
In August 2014, Shanghai officially started the centralized Treasury payment electronic management. The Municipal Bureau of Finance and the People’s Bank of China Shanghai branch work closely with the payment of electronic management as an opportunity to completely change the interface packet norms and network convergence mode. At present, the city-level payment electronic business has been fully put into operation and the operation is in good condition. This basically standardizes the centralized treasury payment management system, the efficiency of payment of financial funds and the safety management level. It has been supported and affirmed by relevant departments and reached the expected target . Scientific planning Vigorously promote the municipal payment of electronic management
