零售国际化是零售领域的一个研究热点问题。本文通过对零售企业国际化动机历史文献的归纳 ,对被迫扩张与积极扩张学、推动因素与拉动因素进行了详细的解释 ,并提出国际化外部动机与内部动机的界定。外部动机包括全球一体化趋势、成熟的国内市场、国内商业法规的制约、母国市场激烈的市场竞争以及海外市场的吸引力。内部动机包括追求规模经济的目标、投资多元化、拥有独特的业态优势以及获取跨国经营的先发优势。
Retail internationalization is a hot research topic in retail field. This paper gives a detailed explanation of the reasons for forced expansion, positive expansion, promotion and pulling factors by generalizing the historical literature about the motivation of internationalization of retail enterprises and puts forward the definition of international external motivation and internal motivation. External motives include the trend of global integration, the mature domestic market, the constraints of domestic commercial laws and regulations, the fierce market competition in home country markets and the attractiveness of overseas markets. Internal motivation includes pursuing the goal of economies of scale, diversification of investments, unique industry advantages and first-mover advantage in obtaining cross-border operations.
