北京市平谷中学一贯重视青年教师的培养工作,2001年出台了《教师队伍建设十五“工程”》,明确提出青年教师培养的“一三六工程”,即“青年教师工作一年要站稳,工作三年要争当优秀,工作六年要争当骨干”。至今,学校在构建校本培训体系上,仍把青年教师的培养作为一项核心内容,促使青年教师队伍整体素质不断提高,骨干教师脱颖而出。一、实施新教师导师制,确保一年站稳新教师学科知识比较扎实,但是实际教学经验趋近于零,对课堂不太了解,情绪往往比较急躁。针对这个问题,我们采取了如下措施:召开新教师座谈会。每年的新学年开学,我校都召开新教师座谈会。校领导全面介绍学校的情况,帮助新教师适应新环境,尽快进入教师角色。导师带徒。
