为防止斜井人车乱打点造成的不安全因素,我局研制了人车专用安全火花信号装置。此装置由信号工使用专用装有二极管的打点棒,触及沿斜井井筒敷设的裸导线时,才能发出声、光信号,其他人不能发出信号,防止了乱打点。该装置还具有裸线接地时的警报信号,当裸线对地漏电电阻值下降至1.5千欧时即能发出警告。该装置的电流电压为交流127伏,主回路的额定电流为3安,可带动8英寸0.5安点铃1～6只,满足斜井多路片盘需要。其控制回路电压为交流6伏,实测工作电流不大于5毫安,短路电流不大于8毫安,实际使用传输距离在1000米以上。
