当代高职院校图书馆不仅是高职院校实施学生思想教育、培养学生创新精神、提高学生信息检索技能及信息素质的重要基地,也是教师自我进修、做好教学科研的必要保证,同时还具有促进校园文化和谐发展,为高职院校的教学人员、科研人员、管理决策者和在校大学生提供全面、准确、快速、系统性的、决策性的竞争情报服务的重要作用。
The contemporary higher vocational college library is not only an important base for implementing the ideological education of students in higher vocational colleges, cultivating students ’innovative spirit, improving students’ information retrieval skills and information quality, but also the necessary guarantee for self-study and teaching and research of teachers. It has the important function of promoting the harmonious development of campus culture and providing comprehensive, accurate, rapid, systematic and decision-making competitive intelligence services to the teaching staff, scientific researchers, management decision-makers and college students in higher vocational colleges.
