常勇,男,榆阳区人,1964年3月生,1984年7月参加工作,研究生学历,中共党员。现为榆林市农业科学研究院院长、高级农艺师、中国作物学会马铃薯专业委员会常务理事、国家马铃薯产业技术体系榆林试验站站长、陕西省马铃薯产业技术体系首席科学家。2009年被评为榆林市有突出贡献拔尖专家;2012年当选为陕西省第十二次党代会代表;2013年当选为政协第十一届陕西省委员会委员;2013年被评为享受国务院特殊津贴专家、陕西省农业科技领域顶尖人才。
Chang Yong, male, Yuyang District, born in March 1964, July 1984 to work, graduate education, Communist Party members. He is currently the dean of Yulin Academy of Agricultural Sciences, a senior agronomist, executive director of the Potato Specialist Committee of China Crop Association, the head of Yulin Experimental Station of National Potato Industry Technology System, and the chief scientist of Shaanxi potato industry technology system. In 2009, he was named top-notch expert with outstanding contributions in Yulin. In 2012, he was elected as the representative of the Twelfth Party Congress in Shaanxi Province.
