我市中医院在临床上应用新药天花粉蛋白注射液进行药物流产以中止早期妊娠810例效果可靠。有95％的孕妇产生了类似自然流产的效果。而且痛苦少,不需住院,深受需早期中止妊娠妇女的欢迎。但用药过程中发生了12例过敏反应,其中1例休克,现报告如下: 孕妇,27岁,工人。因妊娠6周入院要求用天花粉蛋白注射液中止妊娠。经询问,以往曾有两次使用该药流产史,对该药的效果满意,这次用药依然严格按操作规程和药品说明书指导的用药方法用药:先皮内注射0.025μg做过敏试验,20分钟后检查确为阴性;又于臀部肌肉注射0.045mg做试探性注射,1小时后检查
