目的评价功能性消化不良(FD)患儿胃运动功能状况。方法选取2008年6月-2009年6月本院儿科门诊和病房符合FD患儿21例,服用试验餐(2片配餐面包、1个煎鸡蛋),鸡蛋中混有13C-辛酸,试验餐在1 min内用完。用后再于安静坐位状态下收集第15 min、30 min、45 min、60 min、75 min、90 min、105 min、120 min、150 min、180 min、210 min、240 min呼出气各100 mL送检,运用13C红外线同位素能谱分析仪分析FD患儿胃排空情况、胃固体半排空时间(T1/2)及不同年龄组胃排空延迟发生率。结果 21例FD患儿,T1/2为(199.43±51.19)min,其中重度延迟5例,轻度延迟9例,正常7例。14例T1/2延迟患儿中女童7例,T1/2为(187.00±56.74)min;男童7例,T1/2为(211.85±45.79)min,二者比较差异无统计学意义(t=-0.744,P>0.05)。14例T1/2延迟患儿中4~8岁学龄前患儿2例,占14.29%;>8~15岁学龄期患儿12例,占85.71%。2个年龄组T1/2延迟发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 FD患儿存在胃排空障碍,其中性别对T1/2延长无明显影响,而年龄对其有显著影响。13C红外线同位素能谱分析仪是检测儿童胃排空功能的一种可靠方法。
Objective To evaluate the gastric motor function in children with functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods From June 2008 to June 2009, 21 pediatric outpatients and ward children with FD were enrolled in this study. Taking experimental meals (2 serving breads and 1 fried egg), the eggs were mixed with 13C-octanoic acid. Used within 1 min. After exhaustive exhalation was collected at 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, 60 min, 75 min, 90 min, 105 min, 120 min, 150 min, 180 min, 210 min and 240 min, The results of gastric emptying, gastric emptying time (T1 / 2), and delayed gastric emptying in different age groups were analyzed by 13C infrared spectroscopy. Results Twenty-one patients with FD were T1 / 2 (199.43 ± 51.19) min, of which 5 were severe delayed, 9 delayed mild, and 7 normal. Seven of the 14 children with T1 / 2 deferment had a T1 / 2 of (187.00 ± 56.74) min and 7 boys, with a T1 / 2 of (211.85 ± 45.79) min, with no significant difference between the two groups = -0.744, P> 0.05). Among 14 children with T1 / 2 delay, there were 2 preschool children aged 4 ~ 8 years (14.29%), and 12 children aged 8 ~ 15 years (85.71%). The incidence of T1 / 2 delay in two age groups was significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a gastric emptying disorder in children with FD, in which gender has no significant effect on T1 / 2 prolongation, but age has a significant effect on it. 13C Infrared Isotope Spectrometry is a reliable method of detecting gastric emptying in children.
